Luke co-founded Flood, and brings two decades of experience in international research based out of both the UK and MENA region. He specialises in delivering innovative research on a global scale and brings a vast range of cross-sector experience. Luke oversees multi-market ad-hoc and tracking studies, ensuring that every project provides our clients with a deeper undersatnding of their audience.
